DreamWise.com and our mobile applications (collectively, “DreamWise“), are owned by DreamWise, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company“, “we“ or “us“).

We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and security when using DreamWise. We provide this Privacy Policy in order to describe the ways in which we collect, store, and use your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information“).

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post a notice of any update to the Privacy Policy on DreamWise for a reasonable period of time. Your continued use of DreamWise following any update will constitute assent to the new Privacy Policy.

    1. The Company may collect the following personal information from you when you access DreamWise or contact us:
      • Information you transmit through DreamWise, including registration information, profile information, and notes you submit on DreamWise. This may also include personal notes that you submit or save in DreamWise.
      • Information you share with us when you contact us directly, whether through email or otherwise.
      • Information automatically collected by DreamWise. This includes information about your device, browser, and IP address. We may use cookies, clear .gif files, or heatmaps to get this information. You may be able to limit your use of cookies, but doing so may interfere with your ability to use DreamWise. We use third-party tracking and analytics programs, such as Google Analytics, to help us analyze traffic.       • You may login to DreamWise using certain third-party accounts or social media platforms, including Facebook, Apple, and Google. If you have accessed our DreamWise through a third-party account or a social media platform, we may collect information related to your social media account or third-party account, such as your handle or identifier on that platform.
  2. Newsletters
    1. If you sign up for our emailed newsletter, we will collect Personal Information sufficient to send and track our emails. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by following the “unsubscribe“ link at the bottom of any such email. You may not be able to unsubscribe from administrative emails unless you delete your User Account (as defined in our Terms of Service).
  3. Security
    1. It is our goal to keep your Personal Information secure. We use industry-standard physical, managerial, and electronic security measures to protect against the loss, inadvertent disclosure, or breach of your Personal Information.       • To match users to modules and programs within DreamWise.
      • To provide customer and technical support.
      • To analyze and optimize DreamWise and other various services.

      • To customize and tailor your experience when using DreamWise.
      • To send you emails, notifications, messages or otherwise contact you regarding DreamWise and the Company.

    1. Personal Information that we process shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for the relevant purpose. We will retain your Personal Information as follows:
      • Personal Information will be retained for as long as you have an Account (as defined in our Terms of Service) or as required by law or our own backup and security policies.
      • We will comply with any user’s requests regarding access, correction, and/or deletion of the Personal Information we store in accordance with applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).       • Right to Object: you have the right to object to us processing your Personal Information on grounds relating to your particular situation or for direct marketing purposes.
      • Right to Data Portability: you have the right to request a copy of your Personal Information in electronic format and the right to transmit that personal data for use in another party’s service.
      • Right not to be Subject to Automated Decision Making: you have the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated decision making, including profiling, where the decision would have a legal effect on you or produce a similarly significant effect.

Any and all Data Subject Access Requests (“DSAR”) may be submitted to DreamWise via email at: help@dreamwise.com.
  9. Additional Privacy Information.
    1. You agree to the processing and storage of your personal information in the United States for purposes of providing the Services, analyzing usage of the Services, and processing payments. You acknowledge that the United States may not legally afford the same degree of protection to personal information as your country.
    2. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we may have collected any Personal Information about a child younger than 13, please contact us immediately at help@dreamwise.com so we can remove it.

    4. You can request to delete your DreamWise account at any time. To delete your account, send us an email to help@dreamwise.com  including the email associated with the account you would like to delete.
    5. You agree that account deletions are PERMANENT and cannot be restored.
